Founder/Chancellor
Apostle Valerie Bratts is a visionary leader and apostolic builder,
serving as the Founder and Senior Leader of DIP Nation (Demonstration in Power
Ministries) in Harlem, New York. She is also the visionary behind the Kingdom Power Alliance
Network—a safe, empowering space for spiritual growth, leadership development,
and team training. Through her work in Apostolic Covering, Intercessory Team
Training, and Deliverance Team Training, Apostle Bratts is widely respected for
her profound insights into the power of prayer, intercession, and deliverance.
Apostle Val holds a Bachelor
of Science in Psychology, a Master of
Science in Counseling Studies, and is a Certified Christian
Counselor. Led by the Holy Spirit, she conducts transformative
deliverance teachings across New York City.
Her pioneering sessions—“A Call to
Action” in
Harlem, “Seizing the Moment” in Brooklyn, and “Advancing the Kingdom” in the Bronx—have been instrumental in
training and equipping believers. Throughout her ministry, she has impacted a
diverse array of individuals, fostering countless testimonies of healing,
miracles, and deliverance. Her reach extends both domestically and
internationally, with notable influence in Uganda.
Since 2006, Apostle Val
has been a cherished spiritual daughter to Apostle Dr. Bill
Sudduth of the
International Society of Deliverance Ministers (ISDM). In 2014, she was
commissioned as an Apostle by her apostolic leaders, Apostle Peter and Prophetess Trish Roselle of King of Kings Worship Center in
Basking Ridge, New Jersey. Formerly the Dean of Kingdom Principles Learning
Center, she now leads her own training center—The School of Demonstration—where
she fulfills her vision to equip God's people in Apostolic, Prophetic, and
Deliverance ministries.

Francesca Stubbs, Founder and Visionary of Oasis Apostolic
Prophetic Network (OAPN) in Zephyrhills, Florida, Apostle Val continues to
build and expand the Kingdom through equipping, impartation, and spiritual
alignment.
Apostle Val is committed to creating sacred and safe spaces in every
aspect of her ministry—where leaders and students can learn, grow, and walk in
accountability. Her vision is to empower and equip others to advance their
ministries and callings to new dimensions in the Kingdom of God.
